Before you sign with a builder
Read the deposit terms, what happens if possession moves, and what the warranty required under Alberta’s New Home Buyer Protection Act covers. Check whether the lot backs onto a planned road or a future phase, and ask the City what is zoned next door. Ryan can go through a builder’s contract with you before you commit.
