We really enjoyed our experience working with Ryan to sell our condo and purchase a house. He was very patient with our changing list of priorities and we looked at several houses before we even had an idea of what we wanted — I may add that the house that we eventually purchased looks nothing like the places that we originally looked at. Like I said Ryan was patient and there was no pressure. It was a while before we listed our condo but when we did, it took less than 10 days to sell in a slow market. We decided on a house that had the most of what we wanted and in a neighbourhood that was great. Ryan was superb. My wife and I were first-time home buyers, anxious about such a big purchase. Ryan helped us work through what we wanted in a home, and where we wanted to live. Then he found us the perfect place. He handled all the details of the negotiations, keeping us in the loop and getting us a great price for a wonderful new-built home. He has an eagle-eye for building deficiencies, and made sure the builder followed up and fixed things the minor issues before we moved in.
